James did a book signing at Book World book store in Chillicothe on September 8, 2007. He will be appearing there again on October 28, 2007 from 3-6 pm during the ghost walk tour, and again during Downtown Open house in November.

On September 15th & 16th James was at Hirsches Fruit Farm for a book signing during the annual Apple Harvest Open House.

In October 2007 James was at Paint Creek State Park & Rocky Fork State PArk for book readings and signings. At Paint Creek, he told stories from Creepy around a campfire at night to over 70 spooked campers.
